Dear member, you’re hereby invited to participate on AOK ry’s statuatory spring meeting of 2025 on 9th of May at Myyrmäki campus room MMB101 starting at 5:00 PM The Automation Students’ Guild organizes a statutory spring meeting on May 9, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM at Metropolia’s Myyrmäki campus, in room MMB101.
All regular members, supporting members, and honorary members of the association are welcome to the meeting. In the association’s meetings, each regular member and honorary member has one vote. Supporting members of the association have the right to speak and attend the meetings. The meeting may also grant the right to speak and attend to others who request it. In addition to the statutory items, the agenda of the meeting includes the following items: – Nominations of right to bear guild’s cordon for discussion – Nominations of eligibility of individuals/majors for membership for discussion – Discussion of honorary member nominations – Applications/nominations for the vice board member for discussion.
